Conference Registration Inclusions
Full Registration (Early Bird and Standard)
- All conference sessions.
- Conference materials, including satchel and handbook with abstracts.
- Softcopy of the book of proceedings (available four weeks after the conference).
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunch for the duration of the conference.
- Attendance at (2) networking functions.
- Full delegates will have access to selected steam presentations in our online archive (username and password supplied after the conference).

Early Bird Registration - 'Early' discount is available for registrations received and paid prior to 5pm on the 23rd April 2012. Registrations not paid by the 23rd April will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.
Payments - Payment is required to confirm registration. Delegates with outstanding registration fees at the conference will be required to provide a credit card guarantee. If payment is not received 14 days after the event, the credit card will be charged. All delegates who register online will be sent a tax invoice within 8 working hours.
Refunds and Cancellations - Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail; fax or email to Conference Secretariat. A full refund will be made to all cancellations minus a $125 Cancellation fee prior the 23rd April 2012. After this date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on 6th May 2012. From the 6th May 2012 there will be no refunds made, substitute delegates will be accepted at the cost of an amendment fee. All amendments will incur a $20.00 additional fee.
Insurance - It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.
