Full Registration - 10th & 11th July 2014
Full registration will include all conference sessions and keynotes, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, welcome function, conference materials including handbook and online book of abstracts. Access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts post conference. Study Tours and Workshops on the 9th July are an optional extra.

Day Only Registration Rate - 10th or 11th July 2014
Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including handbook and online book of abstracts. Access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts post conference.
Does not include conference functions, tours or workshops. Tickets can be purchased from the registration form.

Early Bird Registration
An Early Bird rate is being offered to those who register and pay prior to Monday 26th May 2014. All new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate after this date.

Concession Registration
Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A $200 discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Workshops and Study Tours
A half day of workshops and study tours are being held on Wednesday 9th July 2014 and are available at an additional charge to both delegates and non-delegates. Book early to avoid disappointment as places are limited. For more details please click here.

Conditions: Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register. 

Welcome Reception - The Welcome Reception is included in Full Registrations only. .
Dress: Smart Casual

Payments - Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after 23rd June 2014 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Refunds and Cancellations - The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 23rd May 2014. Registration cancellation received between 24th May and 13th June 2014 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 14th June 2014. Non payment does not constitute cancellation.

Accommodation - All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the conference secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

Insurance - It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.

Disclaimer - The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause."
